大蒜苗怎樣做

  1、用料:大蝦肉50克,新鮮蒜苗200克,植物油、醬油、料酒、團粉、精鹽、味精各适量。

  2、将蝦肉切成薄片。用團粉、料酒、精鹽調拌好。

  3、将蒜苗去掉兩頭,切成長3厘米的段,洗淨,用開水焯一下。

  4、油鍋燒熱,放入蝦肉,旺火急炒幾下後,加入蒜苗及醬油等調料,炒熟即成。
