  1、做紅油雞爪子先将雞爪浸泡一會,然後去除趾甲;

  2、之後,将雞爪切開3份,處理幹淨;

  3、把雞爪放入湯鍋中加水、蔥段、姜片和八角;

  4、接着,煮沸撈出,清洗裝盤;

  5、然後将蒜末,紅油,醋等倒入小碗中,攪拌均勻,調成料汁;

  6、最後,将料汁倒入雞爪裡面攪拌均勻即可。
