用料:鮑魚3個、姜5克、蔥5克、料酒5克、胡椒粉1克、蒸魚豉油10克。

做法:

1、姜絲5克,鮑魚3隻取出打花刀,蔥花5克。

2、倒入鮑魚、姜絲、胡椒粉5克、料酒5克、蒸魚豉油10克,攪拌均勻腌制5分鐘,放入鮑魚姜絲、蔥花。

3、隔水,大火煮沸蒸3分鐘。

4、裝盤即可。
