  1、材料:瘦肉800克,沙參60克,玉竹60克,紅棗3個,蜜棗1個,姜片2片

  2、先把瘦肉“飛水”;

  3、把所有材料放入煮開的水中同煲2小時左右;

  4、根據個人口味的輕重加鹽調味後可飲用。

  5、玉竹可潤燥,止渴。沙參可治肺熱咳嗽,二者用來煲湯是常見的做法。
