  1、準備食材:花椒芽、雞蛋、面粉、澱粉、鹽。

  2、花椒芽去雜物,用清水洗淨後撈出晾水備用。

  3、面粉、澱粉以2:1的比例加入雞蛋、鹽、水調成稀糊狀。

  4、花椒芽均勻裹上面糊,五成油溫下鍋炸。

  5、小火炸至花椒芽香酥即可。
