  1、川貝蜜的用料:蜜2個、川貝20g、陳皮10條、馬蹄5個、銀耳個人酌量、白合20個、糖一塊。

  2、先把陳皮、川貝、白合洗淨後泡水去苦十分鐘。

  3、銀耳若幹撕碎洗淨。

  4、蜜去皮與核後切碎個人喜歡形狀,馬蹄切碎和冰糖一塊、川貝、白合、陳皮一并放到電壓力鍋,按炖功能(按炖蹄子與豆子功能鍵也可)炖一小時。
