主料:杏鮑菇2個、雞腿5隻。輔料:油鹽适量、生抽适量、蔥姜适量。

先将雞腿切成塊,放鍋裡煮沸,焯下水洗淨。

菇洗淨切成大塊。生姜洗淨切碎。鍋裡放油燒熱,放入生姜煸香。

先将雞腿放入鍋裡翻炒均勻。

放入菇和十三香,翻炒一會,放入适量的水煮沸。改中火再煮15分鐘。等湯還剩一點,放入适量的鹽,大火收汁,就可以出鍋。
