  1、主料:

  羊蹄1500g。

  2、輔料:

  老抽10g、生抽10g、冰糖5顆幹辣椒150g、花椒30g、鹽4勺、桂皮5g、香葉5g、麻辣火鍋底料250g。

  3、做法步驟:

  (1)羊蹄六隻約三斤,洗幹淨,涼水下鍋放姜片煮開,撈出後控幹淨。

  (2)炒鍋放油,燒熱後放羊蹄微煎後出鍋入電壓力鍋。炒鍋再次放油,爆香蔥,姜,蒜,花椒,辣椒,倒入壓力鍋。放水沒過羊蹄,然後放香葉,桂皮,冰糖,火鍋底料,四勺鹽。最後放老抽和生抽。

  (3)電壓力鍋選擇蹄筋健,時間選擇加壓1小時。
