  乳脂奶油即動物奶油,将奶油倒入盆子裡中速打發,将奶油放在冰箱冷藏12個小時左,打發前将打蛋頭和盆子放在冰箱冷藏30分鐘左右。大概打個1分鐘後,加入适量的白砂糖,大概打個兩三分鐘,可以看到液體奶油逐漸成為固體。打發到奶油出現明顯的花紋,就可以停止打發了。
