财魚片怎麼做比較好吃

  1、财魚宰殺治淨,片取淨魚肉去皮切片,用精鹽稍腌;

  2、蛋清碗内加濕澱粉10克拌成蛋糊,将魚片漿勻;

  3、炒鍋置旺火上,下豬油燒至六成熱,将魚片逐片下入鍋内,起鍋瀝油;

  4、原鍋留少許油,下蔥白、蒜片、姜末略炒,将魚片放入,再加雞湯100毫升、料酒、精鹽同燒;

  5、待燒沸後,用濕澱粉調勻勾芡,将鍋颠翻幾下,加味精、白胡椒粉起鍋裝盤即成。
