鹽皮蛋的制作方法

  1、挑選新鮮的鴨蛋,并将其洗淨備用;

  2、将八角,茴香,桂皮,香葉,三奈,肉蔻,白扣,茶葉,鮮姜等調料準備好備用;

  3、将準備好的調料下鍋熬煮,并在起鍋前加入食用鹽和少量的食用堿;

  4、熬煮好的湯料放入壇子中,并将鮮鴨蛋方如其中浸泡,浸泡時間為10-15天;

  5、腌制完成後,洗淨放入蒸籠中,高溫蒸制一小時左右即可。
