  1、蔥油羊腰片材料:羊腰子500克。蔥絲、姜絲、紅幹椒絲、香菜段各1大匙,豉油2大匙,精鹽、紹酒各12小匙,蔥油50克,澱粉适量,植物油750克(約耗30克)。

  2、做法:将羊腰子去除内膜及腰臊,沖洗幹淨,切成薄片,再加入精鹽、紹酒腌制2分鐘,然後用澱粉拌勻備用。鍋中加油燒至四成熱,下入羊腰片滑熟,撈出瀝幹油分,裝入盤中。将豉油澆在羊腰片上,再撒上蔥絲、姜絲、紅幹椒絲及香菜段。鍋點火,加蔥油燒至九成熱,澆在盤中即可。
