香辣雞片做法步驟

  1、食材:雞脯肉500克,花生油750克,花椒末15克,辣椒油10克,味精5克,姜汁15克,白糖少許,鹽适量,玉米粉100克,鮮湯50克,雞蛋清50克。

  2、将雞脯肉洗淨,切成大薄片,用鹽,雞蛋清,玉米粉拌勻;

  3、把漿好的雞片放入六成熱油中,炸呈金黃色;

  4、起鍋,放入底油,燒熱,下入花椒末,炸出香味,再加入辣椒油,白糖,味精,姜汁,鮮湯,放入雞片,用小火火靠5分鐘,出鍋後,晾涼即可。
