  1、材料:冬瓜500克、蔥油40克、花生油35克、甜醬25克、醬油25克、白糖10克、精鹽3克、味精2克、姜末少許、水澱粉20克、高湯100克。

  2、做法:把冬瓜去皮,切成4-5厘米的方塊;然後在上面打十字花刀,香菇和辣椒都切粒;坐鍋燒油将冬瓜小心煎香;将冬瓜移點空間出來下香菇辣椒粒炒出味,撒鹽;加水淹過冬瓜,噴醬油,大火燒開轉中火煨,蓋鍋蓋;等汁快收幹時加蚝油,雞精再撒蔥花即可。
