姜醋豬腳的做法

  1、材料:豬腳(約1000克),姜肉300克,雞蛋12個,黑甜醋800克,花生油少許。

  2、将姜肉洗淨拍裂。豬腳刮洗幹淨斬件,用開水煮5分鐘,再用清水漂洗幹淨,撈出濾幹水分。

  3、将雞蛋原隻煮熟。用清水浸冷後去殼。

  4、燒鍋下油,爆香姜及豬腳。加入精鹽,拌勻。轉入瓦鍋。加入雞蛋、甜醋。用文火煮軟即可。
