  1、食材:龍眼1800克,西米200克,冰糖400克,紅棗10顆。

  2、将龍眼剝好去核裝盆備用。

  3、水燒開加入西米和去核的紅棗。

  4、攪拌均勻,一起不停的攪拌,注意火候。

  5、加入剝好的龍眼肉,繼續小火慢慢熬稠,最後加入冰糖再熬五分鐘即可。
