  1、材料:油适量、茄子一條、面粉100g、水150g、鹽适量。

  2、茄子洗淨,切成約1cm的薄片,用鹽腌一下入味兒,并能緩解茄子的氧化。

  3、将面粉和水混合攪拌至無顆粒,如果沒有廚房秤面粉先少量的加,直到面糊的稠度可以在茄子上挂住薄薄一層。

  4、平底鍋内倒入油。

  5、油溫熱了以後,将粘了面糊的茄子放入鍋中,煎至兩面金黃即可。
