  1、想煮得又爛又快,就放蘇打粉,酵母粉,它們遇水産生氣泡,把肉組織撐大,水能夠進到裡面去就爛得快了。

  2、牛肚大約1公斤,放酵母粉半包,再加一個茶包,大概煮個半小時,筷子很容易能夠插透就行了,放茶葉有同樣的效果還可以讓其味道更加鮮美。

  3、和木瓜一塊煮。用嫩肉粉把牛肚挂漿。
