  1、筍、水發木耳、胡蘿蔔各50克,水發香菇75克,白菜心10棵,粉絲100克。精鹽、香油、胡椒粉各适量,清湯1000克。

  2、将所有主料洗淨,除白菜心氽燙,其他主料勻切成片;粉絲用溫水泡軟。

  3、将清湯燒開,放入處理過的主料,待再燒開後放入精鹽、胡椒粉調味,淋香油出鍋即成。
