  1、材料:蟹400g、香辣蟹調料100g、油、水、青筍、西芹、蔥花等配菜。

  2、将蟹約400g過油,蟹炸至金黃,撈出備好。

  3、在炒鍋中加适量油,将青筍或西芹等約100g,翻炒至八成熟後倒入其中1袋100g香辣蟹調料。

  4、将準備好的蟹倒入鍋中,加入20ml水,翻炒至水幹,出鍋即成一份可口的香辣蟹。
