  1、準備材料:胚芽米100克、紅棗50克、花生30克、燕麥50克、黑芝麻1克;

  2、紅棗洗淨浸泡片刻,花生洗淨提前浸泡1小時,胚芽米洗淨浸泡30分鐘;

  3、砂鍋中加入适量清水,煮開後加入胚芽米、泡好的花生,大火再次煮開後,小火熬煮30分鐘,加入燕麥片、紅棗,繼續熬煮10分鐘左右即可。
