  1、主 料:當歸頭15克,黑豆50克,雞蛋1枚。

  2、做 法:先煮當歸、黑豆1小時,然後将雞蛋打開,調勻,和當歸、黑豆一起煎煮至豆爛,便可服食。

  3、當歸雞蛋黑豆湯主要治療口瘡虛症:口腔粘膜潰爛如黃豆大或綠豆大,表面灰白,周圍顔色淡紅,潰點1-2個,經常反複發作,飲食刺激時疼痛,舌質紅嫩,苔少,脈虛細。
