  1、将蘿蔔、牛肉分别洗淨,均切成2厘米見方的塊,分别入沸水中略焯,撈出。

  2、鍋内加油燒熱,放大蔥段、姜塊、八角炸香,加入鮮湯、料酒、牛肉塊,炖至熟爛。

  3、再放入蘿蔔塊,燒開,撇去浮沫。

  4、待蘿蔔塊熟爛,加入精鹽、醬油、味精,揀出蔥、姜、八角不要; 再撇去浮抹,出鍋盛入湯碗内即成。
