  1、先把鵝肝切片,用鹽,黑胡椒碎,胡椒粉腌制10~20分鐘左右

  2、把口蘑和彩椒洗淨,泡入水裡加入适量鹽。

  3、拿出過水的口蘑和彩椒,放入鍋中翻炒加入鹽,胡椒粉,黑胡椒碎來進行調味。

  4、鵝肝裹入面粉,把多餘的面粉全部抖掉。往鍋中到入少量油,放入鵝肝小火煎至,務弄出糊狀。

  5、把煎好的鵝肝放入盤中加入之前調好的配料。

  6、美味的法式鵝肝就誕生了。
