  材料:

  一根白蘿蔔、剁椒一勺、食鹽少許、甘草、醋一勺,白糖一勺。

  制作步驟:

  1、白蘿蔔洗淨,去皮切塊放入碗中,加入少許食鹽扮勻,腌制十分鐘;

  2、将糖,醋倒入碗中攪拌,加入紅剁椒和甘草,配好調料汁;

  3、将白蘿蔔碗中多餘水分去除,加入調料汁拌勻;

  4、用保鮮盒密封,放入冰箱保存兩至三天,完成。
