平魚怎麼做好吃

  1、平魚2條(約400g),大蒜3粒,花椒,鹽各2茶匙(10g),油2湯匙(30ml)

  2、平魚洗淨去除腮及内髒,用紙巾吸去水分。花椒放入鍋中,以小火蓓1分鐘,出香味,之後搗成花椒末。大蒜切片。

  3、将花椒末和鹽均勻地撒在平魚的兩面,搓勻,腌制10分鐘。

  4、平底鍋入油,燒至六成熱,放入大蒜片,略煎出香味,加入平魚,煎至兩面呈金黃色即可。
