  1、雞蛋打入碗中,用打蛋器攪勻,加入牛奶、黃油、糖粉和過篩低筋面粉,一直攪拌至液化狀态。開火加熱,倒入鍋内,并轉動平底鍋,直到面皮看透手指,用保鮮膜隔離面皮。

  2、按照兩層面皮、一層奶油、一層香蕉片的順序疊起來,從中間切開就是好吃的千層蛋糕了。
