  1、材料:豬前夾肉500克、大白菜1000克、姜末15克、蔥末30克、精鹽15克、胡椒粉5克、料酒25克、味精15克、香油25克、精煉油25克。

  2、把豬肉去皮洗幹淨,切為細粒;菜白洗淨,切為細末,再用精煉油拌勻。

  3、将豬肉粒用姜末、蔥末、精鹽、胡椒粉、料酒、味精、香油拌勻,再加入蓮花白和勻即成。
