  1、食材:火龍果200g、酸奶200ml;

  2、将準備好的火龍果去皮,将果肉切碎。放入容器中,倒入準備好的酸奶。攪拌均勻;

  3、将攪拌好的火龍果酸奶溶液倒入準備好的模具中;

  4、将放有火龍果酸奶溶液的模具冰箱冷凍兩小時。脫模即可。
