  1、主料:豬皮适量、色拉油适量。

  2、豬皮洗淨,放水煮開後,用刀刮去多餘的肥肉。

  3、然後用繩子串起來,挂通風處,晾幹!一般需要1星期以上。

  4、鍋中放清油,同時,将豬皮放入,随着油溫升高,豬皮會起泡泡,先撈出放涼。

  5、接着重新加熱油溫,将炸過一次的豬皮再重新放入。

  6、豬皮就炸好啦!拿來煮之前,用清水浸泡變軟,切小塊後就可以拿來炮制美味啦。
