  1、材料:豬大腸、青蔥、姜、鹵包.

  2、将青蔥洗淨切段,姜洗淨切片用刀背拍松。

  3、取一鍋水加熱,并放入蔥段、姜片和鹵包。

  4、水煮開後,轉小火續煮約5分鐘使香味溢出,再将煮熟豬大腸放入鍋中。

  5、将鍋子蓋上鍋蓋(關火悶)約30分鐘。
