  1、幹香菇洗淨,加入水浸泡至完成發軟,切成條狀;

  2、裡脊肉洗淨切條狀,加入2小匙生粉、2小匙豆瓣醬、1小匙生抽腌制15-20分鐘;

  3、豆角洗淨切段;拍碎蒜頭;

  4、加入适量油,中火熱平底鍋,加入香菇爆香,後加入做法2的肉條,爆炒至肉條微焦,最後放入蒜蓉及豆角快炒,至豆角變鮮豔的綠色,加入芡汁勾芡,起鍋。
