刺梨泡酒的制作方法和步驟

  1、材料:刺梨幹一斤、50度純白酒一斤、玻璃容器一個。

  2、将購買回來的刺梨幹,用把刀子從中間剖開,然後簡單的沖涼,再陰幹水分。

  3、玻璃容器洗淨,用沸水消毒,再瀝幹水分。切記玻璃内一定不可以沾油脂,水分。

  4、把刺梨到進玻璃容器内,加入白酒,兩者按照1:1的比例混合,封壇保存3個月,即可飲用了。
