  1、将幹貝洗淨,放水泡軟後便撈出備用。(泡過的水可留用)

  2、小白菜洗幹淨備用。

  3、熱鍋下油放入蔥蒜爆香後,加入幹貝翻炒。

  4、待幹貝的味道飄香而出時放入白菜一起翻炒。

  5、至白菜炒軟加水一杯,讓幹貝的濃鮮與白菜的甘甜味道同時融合熬煮略收湯汁出鍋裝盤。
