5.熱鍋放油燒熱,下豬血,可掂勺,不會掂也要不停晃動鍋。防止豬血炒黑。用鏟子翻炒注意很容易鏟碎

6.豬血稍微變色加半茶匙鹽

7.韭菜辣椒一起放入小心翻炒,我用筷子感覺比鏟子好
