  1、先準備芥菜10顆清洗幹淨,晾幹水份;

  2、然後燒一鍋開水(要能蓋過芥菜)放置,等開水涼後放入鹽巴大概200克左右。

  3、然後準備一個壇子,把晾幹水份的芥菜放入,在把鹽水倒入。

  4、等待一周左右腌菜就做好了。
