  1、用料:牛腱子400克,味滿香1湯匙,李錦記鹵水汁100克,食鹽2茶匙,白糖1湯匙。

  2、牛肉去包裝洗淨去除血水。

  3、加冷水沒過牛肉,煮至開鍋後,調成中火,煮至筷子紮進去沒有血水。

  4、撈出牛肉塊用流水沖洗掉血水。

  5、加入鹵水汁、味滿香、白糖,加水沒過牛肉,燒開後加鹽調味,品嘗鹹淡是否合适。
