  1、菠菜洗淨去根,紅椒切小粒,香蔥切段

  2、鍋中水燒開,将菠菜放入氽燙至變色後立即撈出

  3、控幹水份的菠菜放在大碗中,加鹽、雞精、拌勻, 加少許白糖和生抽

  4、鍋内放少許植物油,開小火将花椒和香蔥放入,熬至圖色後,将蔥和花椒撈出不要

  5、熱油中放入白芝麻,至芝麻變黃香味飄出

  6、熱油澆在菠菜上,撒上紅椒粒, 拌勻就可以裝盤開吃了
