  1、材料:菠菜450克,摘去菜梗,幹辣椒片1/8茶匙,黑麻油1/2茶匙,鹽1茶匙,現榨檸檬汁1茶匙,白芝麻1湯匙;

  2、湯鍋放水,煮沸後蒸菠菜和幹辣椒片,3至5分鐘。盛出放在碗内。

  3、拌入麻油、鹽和檸檬汁,拌勻後撒上烤香的芝麻,即可上桌。
