  1、食材:鮮山藥200克,裡脊肉300克,胡蘿蔔50克,小黃瓜50克,蔥2根(切段),姜片3片,鹽、酒、胡椒粉各少許,黃芪5錢,防風3錢,白術2錢,大棗10顆。

  2、将胡蘿蔔、小黃瓜用鋸齒刀切段。

  3、藥材加姜片用4碗水煮成1碗藥汁備用。

  4、裡脊肉切薄片并加入所有調味料拌腌。

  5、油少許炒香蔥段後,放入肉片拌炒至變色。

  6、倒入山藥、胡蘿蔔即可。
