  1、雞肉洗淨切塊,榛蘑涼水如果煮開後撈出,用涼水沖洗幹淨備用。

  2、雞肉焯水後用涼水沖洗裝盤。

  3、鍋裡放油放入蔥姜絲炒香,放入雞塊翻炒,倒入老抽和花椒大料粉後放入涼水用大火燒開。

  4、鍋開後把榛蘑放進去調中小火慢炖半小時後加鹽和味精,蔥花即可。
