  1、米飯1碗、蘆筍6根、蝦10個、高湯适量。

  2、步驟:蝦洗淨去殼及蝦線,用鹽和胡椒粉腌5分鐘,蘆筍洗淨掰去老根切小塊。

  3、剩米飯加入高湯放入鍋裡大火煮開,轉小火煮十來分鐘。等到粥粘稠時加入蝦仁和蘆筍煮開,加鹽調味即可。
