  1、準備好雞蛋50克,糖130克,面粉130克,泡打粉1克,花生油28克。

  2、面粉和泡打粉混合過篩,将模具壁刷油。将雞蛋打入盆中,倒入糖,用電動打蛋器高速打至全發,篩入粉類,倒入油。

  3、用電打繼續低速攪勻成稠滑狀,裝入裱花袋,擠入模具中。烤箱190預熱,中層十分鐘左右,烤至均勻上色即可。
