  1、用白荔枝原料制作白蘭地。将皮渣裝在桶中,将容器密閉,使其發酵,因荔枝本身都帶有酵母菌,可以不另外加入酵母。

  2、容器裝滿後,将口密閉,頂部留一氣孔,使二氧化碳氣逸出。發酵時間一般需要10-15天,溫度适宜,隻需7-8天。發酵完畢後,即可放入蒸餾器進行蒸餾。
