  1、先用高度白酒浸泡優質枸杞2個月,泡好後用蠟密封好壇子口。兩月足後取出備用;

  2、将取出的枸杞打碎;

  3、用紗布把打碎的枸杞包起使勁擠出來汁水;然後把汁水放進鍋裡熬成膏狀;

  4、開頭用大火,燒開後用中火, 剩到1/2的時候用小火,這個時候要不停的用勺子在鍋裡攪動;

  5、熬成膏後大概隻有枸杞汁的1/4 。整個熬制過程大約6小時;

  6、把枸杞膏放涼,用密封的玻璃罐裝起來就可以了。
