  1、将蛋白蛋黃分離。蛋黃加入糖,用打蛋器攪打,使其充分溶合。香蕉切成滾刀塊。

  2、将蛋白完全打發。将蛋白與蛋黃混合均勻。将蛋液倒入烤碗中,放入香蕉。

  3、放入泡好的萄萄幹和椰蓉,入預熱180度的烤箱中,上下火,15分鐘左右即可。
