  1、首先将小鲫魚去掉鱗和腮,洗淨備用;

  2、将姜去皮洗淨切好備用;

  3、将香菜和蔥洗淨備用;

  4、将幹辣椒洗淨切好備用;

  5、在鍋中放入适量菜籽油;

  6、将小鲫魚放入鍋,擺放好,将一面煎至金黃;

  7、翻面,煎好另外一面後,加入切好的姜和幹辣椒;

  8、加入适量豆瓣醬;

  9、加入适量水煮一會,讓鲫魚煮入味;

  10、加入适量食鹽調味;

  11、加入切好的香菜;

  12、起鍋,美味的小鲫魚就做好了。
