烤蝦滑的做法和配方

  1、用料:蝦滑120g、雞蛋1個、姜5片、料酒适量、花椒粉适量、孜然粉适量、辣椒粉适量;

  2、冰箱拿出蝦滑,解凍;

  3、解凍好的蝦滑放到碗裡,打進去一個雞蛋,放姜片、料酒、花椒粉、孜然粉、辣椒粉,攪拌均勻,腌10-20分鐘;

  4、錫紙刷油,腌制好的蝦滑将姜片挑出來,分成四份,做成圓形小餅的形狀放到錫紙上;

  5、打開烤箱220度,15-20分鐘即可。
