  1、首先将豬肉切成末狀,加入生抽、油、澱粉、少許白糖攪拌均勻腌制15分鐘。

  2、蒜、姜分别切碎,辣椒切成小段。

  3、炒鍋燒熱下油,倒入肉末快速滑散,炒至肉末變色後盛出。

  4、炒鍋重新下油,倒入蒜姜末及辣椒段爆香,将酸豆角倒入,翻炒至出味。

  5、将肉末倒入與酸豆角翻炒均勻。

  6、調入适量的生抽和胡椒粉翻炒均勻即可。
