  夏季養生的原則是健脾除濕、清熱消暑、補養肺腎、冬病夏治,要多吃瓜果、多吃涼性蔬菜、補充充足維生素、運動量不宜過大。濕邪是夏天的一大邪氣,再加上夏日脾胃功能低下,經常會導緻食欲不振,所以要多食用可以改善胃口、祛除濕氣的食物;夏天氣溫高、暑熱邪盛,人體内心火旺盛,具有清熱解毒、清心火功效的藥物便可以。
